About the event
Your facilitator, Diane learned her and her kids had Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and a few other things on the spectrum, when she was almost 40 yrs old. Tweve years later, when she discovered there were simple changes she could make in her life to create peace and harmony, she just had to share.
Her mission is to empower as many humans as possible, to understand their incredible brain so they can live a fun, calm, satisfying life.
This interactive retreat will answer many questions you may have about how your different brain is impacting your life and what you can do about it. You will learn how ADHD, anxiety, and autism show up differently in adults and in women. You will also experience how management skills work for common issues encountered when executive functions malfunction.
Diane was an ADHD specialist for years before she understood that holistic wellness had to include sexuality.
She studied under Jaiya, at New World Sex Education, who is featured in the Netflix series, Love, Sex, and Goop. Becoming an Erotic Blueprint Coach, changed her life personally and professionally.
In this retreat, you will come to understand that <how we do sex is how we do life, and how we do life is how we do sex>.
The focus of this retreat will not be on sexuality, however, it will be discussed in one of the segments of the retreat.
Prepare to spend the weekend of March 31st - April 2th, relaxing, having fun, learning, growing, and connecting to yourself and others.
